Celebrated Earth Hour last week with Zanne !! xD We didn't plan it actually lols xD Zanne came over to Melodic at around 2.00pm , that is after my visit with the Opthamologist So yeah , told her about the story and she was like " that's why la your eyes even though the power so high still can see... this is my right eye btw xD ok...the REAL STORY --> On Thursday , my dad went to Optical shop A to test his eye power and subsequently hopes to purchase a new pair of spectacle as he felt that his eye powers have increased tremendously , thus , he brought my mum and me into the shop to ask us about the opinions on what frame suits best for him for his brand new spectacle . Since i was there , my parents are eager to know about my eye power and how high has it increased....Honestly , i was worried because i'm usually worried about any test about health / eye / etc...i'm a hypochondriac btw... Thus , when they tested both of my eyes , the Optometrist told me that my right eye power is only 30 but my left eye power is 350..and my left eye is a lazy eye... so ok......i'm used to the " lazy eye " term since i had my first spectacle way back in 2003 until now...but he told me that " your lazy eye power is really high , you WILL go blind " I was shocked at t...

YAY !! i've been OFFERED to study @ TARC i know it's a normal news but i was afraid that they would decline lols xD I always worry for the wrong reasons because i meet up to the requirements but still worry for nothing lols xD xD and yeah...i definately does lols xD thank God ! i'm guaranteed a place to study A Levels =) So , i'm taking Law , General Paper ( not very sure yet ) , Economics and Business Studies =) hopefully i can do better this time =)

Man...i have Amblyopia ( lazy eye ) and not astigmatism... tomorrow i'm going to see an eye specialist.. hopefully i'm still not too old for treatments =) Some information about Amblyopia : SUMMARY: If not detected and treated early in life, amblyopia can cause loss of vision and depth perception. Recent National Eye Institute research has proven that lazy eye is successfully treated in older children. Research has not yet been done on treatment in adults. Improvements in vision can be achieved at any age, but early detection and treatment still offer the best outcomes. Comprehensive vision screenings are needed for infants and pre-school children. An eye exam by a pediatrician or the 20/20 eye chart screening is not adequate for the detection of amblyopia (and other visual conditions related to or mistakenly called lazy eye). * CANnot be corrected by lens , glasses or lasik treatment... wahh......
