Top Fun 9
Hey it seems like I've never blog for a long time after my poem entry. Now , I am going to blog about that Top Fun 9 I went yesterday. It was a blast.I went to Singapore on the 28th of May with my other 2 group members , Ying-Ying and Xiao Jun.
When I 1st step into mediacorp , it was scary.Maybe because I've never been on tv b4.When we were there we saw other four groups :
a ) 1st group : Name : Triplets
From : Singapore
Age : Three of them are 13 .
Gender : All Girls
Dance Type : Pop
b ) 2nd group : Name : ( their name is in mandarin )( if translate in eng is something like ' Pro
Girls ' ) ( they are really pro , they have more experience than other groups )
From : Johor bahru , Malaysia
Age : 2 are 16 and one is 23 ( Mark Lee ( the host )-called her 23 inch waist )
Gender : All Girls
Dance Type : Hip Hop
c ) 3rd group : Name : Some ghostly name ( coz they discribe their dance and it looks so
ghostly)
From : Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Age : All 18
Gender : 3 guys and 3 gals
Dance Type : Reggae ( some ghost song as they descrive , the guys quite cute )
d ) 4th group ( My group ) : Name : Melodic Girls
From : Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Gender : All Girls
Age : 2 are 14 one is 13
Dance Type : Modern Jazz
The Judges : Jack Neo and a girl who was a dj
Guest Judge : Soler
It was an interesting experience . I get to know more friends and they are very very friendly. We have fun together .The 2nd and the 3rd group are so professional.We were shocked to see many friends and supporters of group 3.We were shocked.And the gals , sure vote those guys de....
We have fun with Mark Lee and Marcus Chin ( both of them are the host ).They are very funny and when talking to us and other participants , we will laugh and forget our stage fright .When he interviewed the 1st group , Mark Lee ask them why they want their names to be Triplets , they answered it is because they want to be sisters.So on the spot , Mark Lee say something and asked them to follow . He started saying , '' Today , here in Top Fun 9 , we Triplets will be sisters and blah blah ....'' ( everything sounds like a marriage talk or some kind ).Other groups also have fun...I can't really remember what he interviewed the other two groups le. My group , as the judges says , really looks like a group other than other groups ( Soler says that ).Jack Neo says that our talent was geat!! .They were shocked when I told them how many instruments i can play...hahas...Mark Lee says that Malaysian can survive in any condition , wakaka!!
So at Last , Jack Neo gave us 7 , the gal gave us 7 the Solarz , ( younger bro ) gave us 5 than when Mark Lee says that talent also counts , he gave us 9!! , elder bro also gave us nine.The judges marks + audience marks = 71 %
Results :
( All counted with audience and judges marks )
Triplets : 50 %
Pro Girls : 75 %
3RD GROUp who danced a Reggae dance : 91%!!!!
My Group : 71 %
My group marks was so close to Pro Girls..so ended , my group as the 3rd and the 3rd group as the champion...
