Done !!!

my mum asked me to design 2 things ..

1 ) Melodic manuscript cover....

She wanted it to be simple....

( most of you might know that i'm not the simple simple type ....as in i'm not accustomed to drawing simple / making simple designs haha...i'm more on the " a lot of things " concept type of person... )

so brochure is sooo not my type but well...

i still have to do it right...xD

simple...with Rachmaninoff's infamous quote

" Music is enough for a lifetime , but a lifetime is not enough for music "

too bad mum said that the quote is depressing...she wants something " encouraging " ...

and she said that it's too simple....

my 2nd plan was to maintain the quote and draw a musical forest ( like the drawing of a girl with the Yeng's bottle inspired motive ( the spiral thing design ) lols...but guess that i have to give that idea up....

hmmm.....gonna find some more " happy " and " encouraging " quote lols xD

and come up with a happier design lols ( and more mature design too )

the previous one was deemed too childish lol....

2nd project : Pageant Coach workshop cover for my mum and her partners ....

She told me last week...but it's my fault that i procrastinate... ( hey i thought that she was joking but i didn't know she was serious until today i was cleaning my room and she suddenly ask me to get it done by today so that she can hand it up to her partners later... )

okay... i thought i must do because they told her that she's incharge....

then i asked her....and she told me ." yeah..so what..they ask me to do then i ask you to do "

okay......honestly i was a bit.....ish lols...if she's my friend i would be a bit ......lols..but she's mum no choice xD haha

and yeah...thank GOD i managed to finish the cover ( 2 drafts ) and the speakers corner , biodata about the guest speakers ( amber chia, bernard chandran and more ) till like i don't even know what to write anymore haha xD

wonder whether she manage to explain the designs and motives , etc....

BECAUSE ...if you see the 1st draft , the heels a bit cacat...( because i drew it on the laptop haha xD and the 2nd draft , the girl's face angle and hands cacat because MY SPECIALTY IS NOT DRAWING HUMANS....THAT'S MY WEAKEST POINT.. AND the gown...lols....the " wings " a bit cacat because i don't know how to draw the shoulder and i have to cover that with the " wings " lols....i kinda like the dress i've drawn though haha xD

even though i was a bit not happy ( a little only ) because i saw her so free can sleep , can do thread mill and yet i was starring at the screen and can't clean my room....but at least...i still call this an achievement even though my designs may be just very normal or fugly haha xD

IT'S an experience haha...it the outside world may be more harsh than this xD
